We save you money by negotiating the best room rate and contract terms. Sourcing and contracting includes hotel site research, review of options and recommendation of the final selection. We present only the best-suited options for your consideration and provide you with a streamlined spreadsheet that allows you to evaluate and compare rates, available dates, amenities, food and beverage, in-house AV requirements and space. You may choose to conduct a site visit to get a first hand look at your top venue(s). We can provide assistance on-site to establish a level of comfort that you are making the right venue choice. We take inspiration from you and design an event style board illustrating how your event will look and feel including all the details. Once we receive your approval, we get to work by sourcing and/or creating those custom details for you. BRAND SHOOT COORDINATION 

We offer photo and video shoot coordination services for business, personal and fashion brands. Partner with us to take custom photos for your website, social media, print collateral, event promotion or portfolio building. We provide you with all the necessary tools for a creative, unique promotional styled shoot that fully captures your brand’s style and message you want conveyed. With an extensive background and education in marketing, we work with you to understand your brand’s unique personality and your goals so we can capture video or images that grow your brand and promote your business.

Services can include coordination of a professional photographer or videographer, location sourcing and booking, prop rentals, make-up, hair, wardrobe, on-site wardrobe styling, set design, décor design and promotional model booking.
